⦁ Ventilation system performance test is carried out to verify (in comparison with approved design parameters) the flow rates, air leakage rates, pressures, sound pressure, fan power consumption rates in terms of volumetric air delivery, terminal airflow rates through discharge and suction diffusers, etc. in a well-documented manner, by using officially calibrated measurement devices and by facilitating methodologies outlined in the governing standards.
This is needed for the following cases;
⦁ When there is an evident problem in the air conditioning (lack of temperature balance, poor indoor air quality, excessive power consumption, etc.
⦁ To conduct the final acceptance procedure as 3rd party controller firm to check and verify and report to the owner
